Requests for exchange and / or return of items that have not been used and are in perfect condition, are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase. The order number will be necessary and that the pieces have their original labels and packaging. Shirley Krifter will not be in charge of shipping costs.

In the case of returns you will be granted a credit of the total price paid for the piece. No money is refunded. Shipping charges will not be included.

Custom parts made to order or purchased as a FINAL SALE offer are considered as a final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted, unless such sales include products with verifiable factory defects. In which case they must be returned unused and in perfect condition within 15 days of the date of purchase.
